X-CAN/X-PSU (both v3) DIN Cable Upgrade Query?

I was just wondering if people knew whether it's possible to buy better 3 Din to 3 DIN leads to run between the X-PSU and X-CAN. If these do in fact exist, do they improve sound quality; the ones that come with the X-PSU seem pretty cheap...
