WiFi: on TV, all-in-one system or both?

I have one dilemma that I need to resolve with your help:

Am I right in thinking that having all-in-one system with built-in WiFi (for YouTube/Picassa/AccuWeather access) and connected to TV via HDMI eliminates the need for the TV to have the same capability?

And which product is better to have WiFi: TV or all-in-one?

Yes, you're correct, and the only advantage of having it in the TV rather than the system would be if you wanted to watch the TV and use those services without having the system on all the time.
