I would say the B&W MT25 or the q accoustics with that amp.

But then again I really love the B&W MT30 but think it might be an overkill for your amp.

As far as B&W MT30 and partner with a pioneer amp I had the pioneer vsx-lx70 with it and I thought the two together was a really good match.

FrankHarveyHiFi:

B&W have no MT25 or MT30 packages now until after Christmas, so get hold of one now while you can!! B&W have a lack of subs at the moment.....

Really FrankHarveyHiFi,

Why is that do you think?

Also my uncle is interested in the B&W MT30 and wanted to show him something else as well I was thinking of the M&K M7 package.

Do you do demos for this package? If yes what amp would you recommend.

Thanks

Yes that is correct.

If you have any more questions about the B&W MT30 just ask, I know them pretty well.

I have no idea. Some manufacturers just run out of stock at Christmas, nothing new.

We have the MT25 and MT30 in demo, so no problem there at all. They usually get used with Yamaha, Denon or Pioneer between the £1k and £2k price point. They can be used with pretty much any AV amp really as they're not hard to drive or anything, so you could use them with an Onkyo 607 or Denon 1910 for example. The M&K package would require a more capable amplifier in comparison to the B&W's.

Anyone on a strict budget, I'd recommend the MT25 rather than the MT30 and use the saved cash on a better receiver to get more from the speakers. As I have said, speakers can only sound as good as what's driving them.

Me too. Been running the MT-30 7.1 for around 2 years now. Excellent speakers.
