Which Maximum gain: 0dB, 10dB, 20dB for Grado RS1i? Using Lehmann Audio Black Cube

bit confused as to which gain i should use for my RS1i's. I am using the Lehmann Audio Black Cube. Driver matched db on the RS1i's are .05

You want to be able to use the most range on the volume control, so if 20db means you can only turn the volume knob a quarter turn to go from silence to Loud, then the gain is too much.

If you use 0dB and you turn the volume all the way around and it is still not Loud enough then there is not enough gain. I'd start with the lowest and see how that goes.
