Which DVD player is the better

Hi I have an old pioneer DVD player now i would like to have HD upscaling dvd player which is the better in picture/audio quality? i and going through brands like Denon, marantz, Cambridge Audio !!! or again pioneer which is the best brand or model in it. pls help...
