Which Blu Ray player should I go for?

My current system comprises:

Panasonic 37PV500B Tv, Yamaha RXV1600 receiver, Sky+, Panasonic DMREH60D DVD recorder + Kef 2005.2 speakers.

I am thinking of replacing the DVD recorder for a Blu Ray player and would like to know which one would be best suited for my system. I have read the best buy section and it suggests two pioneer models!! Any suggestions?
