Morning WHF team,

have you considered producing an app version of the mag? Would be handy to get reviews, best buys, and forum advice on the go.

Yes, we have, and it's on the app map for the future, but first we have to get the main site relaunched, which is proving somewhat more challenging than anyone expected.

I find that the site works just fine using the Opera Mini browser (my personal preference is when it is set in "Mobile" mode in "Settings").

Opera Mini 4.2 works on most phones (this is a Java app), and there's also 5.1 Beta 2 which is a native app for S60 phones (still a few issues to be sorted out here, though). Either way, point your in-built browser at www.m.opera.com and give it a try.

Ditto... Whats the point of an app,when i can already access the site using Opera Mini?

Agreed: there's no point in us producing an app unless it offers some additional content to justify the price the end-user will pay for it.
