I have an older Denon AVR-2807 which has Audyssey Multi EQ XT, but not Dynamic EQ or Dynamic Volume. I leave Multi EQ on all the time. This is intended to compensate for speaker frequency response and room acoustics so that you hear what the director / musician intended. Dynamic EQ just seems to be an extension of this technology that compensates for changes at different volume levels. So if my receiver had it, I probably wouldn't hesitate to try it. If it sounded better, I'd leave it on for everything.ÿ
As for Dynamic Volume, I'd avoid it for DVD / Bluray. If I was annoyed by loud adverts, I might be tempted to try it. But I tend to record stuff and then forward through the adverts.ÿ
