What is the best TV to connect to a PC?

I am looking to purchase a 32inch screen, I'd prefer a Sony but not overly choosy as long as it can connect up to my PC well as it will also be replacing my monitor due to space restrictions. I use my PC mainly for photos and games and accept the new TV probably won't match my monitor for these applications. My PC has a top notch graphics card which has DVI only so I am not too keen on using a VGA converter (as TVs seem to have this rather than DVI). None of the Best Buy TVs seem to have a DVI in so my question is what is the best way of doing this? I would consider replacing the graphics card.

Am I also right in thinking that neither HDMI or DVI will carry the audio signal so I need to bring this in separately?

I'm not too worried about the budget, the main thing is that the picture from the PC is the best it can be.

Best bet is a simple DVI to HDMI cable. Then you can use the TV of your choice.

HDMI will carry audio, but DVI won't, so since your PC uses a DVI output, you'd need to bring the audio signal in separately using the PC's soundcard.
