PS: Is wall-mounting (on extended, adjustable brackets) not an option?

This would remove the need to isolate the speakers from the desktop and give you flexible positioning options (raised to ear height and toed-in).

Who is the singer on the first link, can't remember who it is?

Booth link work fine for me and i have of course seen, heard them(only on youtube).

I think they are one of the best stand and if i get higher speakers i can just use the 3" hight.

I have wanted them for a long time mabye 6 months or more.

I can't mount it on the wall

Yes Exodus is meant to be pretty good sound wise.

...even better if you've got the Barry Diament and Rob Fraboni mastered version! They did the whole roster of Marley albums. Sound great with all the Diament trademarks - clear open sound, good bass, the lot.

As to the OP's question, it's whatever good music and good sound means to you. No other justification needed. :)

Heard amazing things about van damm speaker cable http://www.whathifi.com/forum/accessories/van-damme-cables

Looks pretty good that DAC.

VD cable as you will only need about 2m, has to be worth a punt for about £10.
