What Format and Bitrate?

Hello, What Format out of these will give me the best result when I Rip Music from C.D. to my Sony mp3 player?

Windows Media Audio , Windows Media Audio Pro , Windows Media Audio Variable , Windows Media Bitrate, Windows Media Lossless , mp3, WAV ( Lossless)

Also what Bitrate should I use? it goes from 32 Kbps through to 192 Kbps?

Would say WAV (Lossless) or Windows Media Lossless will give best results - but as they are lossless they'll take up a lot of space on your mp3 player and are probably overkill anyway as quality will be limited by the player and earphones. Best compromise would be Windows Media Audio at 192Kbps if that's as high as it will go or 320Kbps if you have that option in mp3 format. I've actually found 192Kbps is usually sufficient.
