What diameter garden hose to bury?

This is very off topic, but question to gardeners out there. I've got an outside tap at the rear of the house for the garden. In order to bring water to the front for the water feature and cleaning the car, I've had a 15m hose buried under the soil and traveling all the way from the tap to the front. This is about 8 years old and although works perfectly fine, I want to change it as I'm having my garden renovated with new flags etc. and this will be buried under the flags. I have been reading about 13mm vs 19mm hose. I also saw a 15mm rubber hose on Amazon which is a US product but excellent quality. I'm looking for the best quality and so far Gardena premium superflex seems to be excellent.

1) Is it better to get a 19mm hose and will I get compatible adapters / spray guns easily?

I'd say bury 1/2" galvanised pipe running from your existing tap to the new one. It should last 20 years or more and you won't have to worry about damage.

Tricoflex is another good make as is the Gardena you link to.
19mm (3/4") would be better over that length with a better flow.

A friend of mine put 19mm under his garden and the flow rate especially if using a power washer is really good.

I was going to suggest that in my previous post, but thought you were just looking at the "hose" type option.
It is the better way with the MDPE.
