Hey sorry for starting this up again, but iv looked in the forums and i cant see the original forum.

So i bought a sony 40w4500 last october, i had it replaced due to backlight issues. Then that replacement was taken in for repairs. But it was never fixed, so today my tv was taken away again for repairs. But the one thing that has been bothering me is that if the set comes back with the same problem, what can i do?

I think maybe you should start quoting the Sale of Goods Act and the 'fit for purpose' requirement!
