What are the best over-ear headphones around $200?

I recently bought Beats Studios for $200 but was quite disappointed because of the hissing noises, battery, and the sound quality not being what I paid for imo. Should I return them and buy a different pair of $200 headphones (if so, which ones?) or should I just keep the Beats?

In my opinion Beats are not great sounding headphones and you can get much better for the same money.

Since your Beats have a battery, none of the suggested headphones will do the same job (noise canceling?). So maybe save up a bit more money and get a Bose QC-25.
