You have just confirmed my long-held belief, starting with my father, that doctors cannot tell jokes. :)

Alas, it's too big for my flat (90" would be my limit) even if I won the lottery. Notice that no wieight is specified, but for a 152" Panasonic plasma I'd guess at something like 180kg?? Notice that the price does include annual maintenance for five years. It's just a display, so no Freview or Freesat tuners and, thank God, no Smart TV nonsense  . And no built-in speakers, I don't think. But, it has a good-old-fashioned D-sub15-pin PC input, yippee!

And, I'd have to sell my flat thrice in order to buy it. But that's okay, I'd have five months to wait for it to be built to order.

PS. That's the price at Costco, I wonder how much it would cost at John Lewis??? And, would Panasonic still class any imperfections as "within specification"??

But we were told plasma could not be made 4k, that was the main reason Panasonic stopped making plasma displays..

Due to the size of a plasma cell, 42" is the smallest a 1080p plasma can be made. In theory, the smallest a UHD could be made will be 84" achieving the same cell size.

I think at this size it makes more sense to think projector, provided you have the room and conditions. One would assume you do if trying to buy this thing :)
