Hi,
I cannot watch any of the videos on whatfifi.com
All that appears on the page is the spinning flower, which goes around & around forever, the videos do not load.

Can anyone help ?

Which OS/browser are you using?

It's a known problem on iOS devices as we need to update the video player, but are you watching on a PC or Mac?

Same problem for me.

I'm running Windows 7 Professional (32-bit) with Explorer v9

Java 6 Update 31

Windows Media Player version 12.0.7600.16385

OK, looks like we've got a bit of a technical glitch. Videos working fine here on Macs running Safari/Firefox. I'll alert the dev team, though can't promise a solution in the next 24hrs. Sorry!

Mmm, one other thought: all our videos are automatically uploaded to our YouTube page, so you could try watching them there:

http://www.youtube.com/user/WhathifiTv

Scroll down the thumbnails on the right-hand side and you'll see all the videos posted from the Bristol Show at the weekend. Hope that works!

I too cannot watch the videos - same problem.

Windows Vista / Internet Explorer.

Any news on a fix ? Can go onto You Tube but it would be nice if it worked ???

Apologies folks, I can't promise a fix imminently (our dev team is currently swamped by another big website project). All I can suggest is using a different browser or watching YouTube. Not ideal, I know, but at least you can watch them 😳
