using tablet with hifi....any way of only having single audio output?

Hi there, I'm currently thinking of buying a tablet to play via bluetooth to my hifi. Does anybody know if it is possible to say listen to tracks on utube/spotify, with the music coming through my hifi, whilst at the same time using the tablet to webbrowse, and not get the audio from other webpages coming through on the hifi? example 2: could i say listen to spotify through the hifi, whilst watching utube vids with the audio from utube only coming out of the tablet speakers?
