USB or Ethernet

I am in the market to set up a streaming network, and am unsure whether to ultimately connect via USB cable or Ethernet/RJ45 cable. Does anybody have any opinions on which of the two is likely to provide the best sound? Thanks.

they're both used in different ways, so would need more specifics on what you have (or planning) to buy and how you want to use it.

No point in looking at ethernet if you're just going to connect a computer up to a dac for example.
