I 'am thinking to upgrade my streamer. I have now a Pioneer N50A. This was my start in the world of streaming. I have all my cd's ripped into flac on a NAS. My amp is Exposure 3010S2D and a Exposure 2010S2DAC. Is the Cambridge CXN a good upgrade? I read it has a good dac and then i can sell my Exposure DAC? But i thought Cambridge has always a cool and thin sound. I don't lijke that. The CXN not?

Dunno but I think a couple of folks on here use one and are very happy.
If reviews are to be believed Cambridge Audio, now just Cambridge, have changed the voicing of their latest products and they sound fuller, more dynamic and less matter of fact.
Technically they have always been at the forefront.

..and I'm thrilled with it. I only use it for flacs off my NAS so have no experience in using it for its other options. Need to say I am only recently back into this 'stuff' so have little to compare it against other than my AVR using the same NAS source and same speakers - much better.
