Upgrade or nah?

Hey,

So a while ago I bought the Massdrop Sennheiser HD 58X because I wanted a good set of headphones for general pc and gaming use as well as music listening. I paired it with a Focusrite Scarlett solo 2nd gen since I wanted a mic input as well.

I'm wondering would there be much of a noticeable difference if I upgraded to a SCHIIT MODI 3 and MAGNI 3+ and if it would be worth the £240?

Probably not. The 58X isn't a headphone that really scales with better amplification like the HD600 and HD650 do. It's also relatively easy to drive.
