See here. I haven't seen the Blu-Ray myself personally, but it certainly looks like this is one of the Blu-Rays which got short changed in the UK.

However, I find it very difficult to believe that the picture is worse than the DVD - sensationalism on the part of some reviewers on play.com I would imagine (in the same way as the Gladiator transfer also got similar falsehoods spread about it).

It's definetly not worst, but blu-ray tends to show off better in day scenes rather than night and these have plenty of dark scenes, audio slighty better, but unless you haven't get these on dvd and their one of your favourites, i would look at spending the money on either the Matrix trilogy or Bourne boxset. These are an improvement and very popular choice.Spiderman is also a great release, Mission Impossible again would depend whether youve got them else, wouldn't bother and Starship Troopers is awful, Ocean boxset same as the Mission Impossible.

I have a good TV and watched AVP 2 the other day,, yes laugh if you will as its going on ebay.. lol

it was terrible, I could not see anything as the blacks were terrible, and from the likes of hurt locker and iron man ect... I find it really bad.

Thats why I was worried about underworld ,as its all dark, and if its a bad transfer then no point.
