Ultimate guide to Hi-Fi issue

Hi,

I was wondering where i could get hold of the Ultimate guide to Hi-Fi issue. I am at the moment in Venezuela, but I will get back to France in two weeks time. Du you think I still can get it at a newspaper agent in France or can I order it on the net?
