TV stand and surround sound

Hi,

I'm about to buy a 42" tv and I also need a stand and would like some enhanced sound.As I do not want to spend too much money on these does anyone have an opinion on the Sony RHT G900 which is a stand with integrated sound?

Or is it better just buying a stand and separate all in one system - only that I would be looking for 2.1 or wireless 5.1 as I do not want the cables. Any suggestions on budget wireless systems?

I've never heard it myself but I think they tested it on the gadget show.

I don't place a lot of store in their recommendations. However, I seem to remember that they thought it was not very good. They were considering it from a surround sound perspective though.
