Tuner Question

I want to set up my Tuner presets on my SC 82 but it's long winded just searching through. would be very gratefull if someone could point me in the right direction (Link?) to radio station frequencies please? have done a search . it's a lot easier to input when they are known.

I'm a dork, was Googling radio frequency's. now I've Googled- Radio stations FM & AM and there's loads to see, thanks to your link for jogging my Brain.
