Toslink Cables

Are all Toslink cables optical cables?

I'm puttting in a cheap home cinema for my in-laws and I've discovered I'm a optical cable short. I just want a cheap optical audio cable. I found some Toslink cables which from what i can gather is the technical term for the connector at the end of the optical cable.

toslink refers to the connector(developed by toshiba) and yes they are optical.
