Ok. My system will now comprise of the following.

TV - LGPK350 AV - Denon 1911 CD - Marantz cd6003 Fronts - B&W 602 Rears - B&W 600 Centre - B&W CC6 Sub - AE Radience

I am not sure what cables to use with all of this. I was thinking of the QED Profile 1m to the AV but not sure what to run to the TV.

Also, can anyone recommend interconnects from the CD to the Amp, Speaker wire and Sub cable. Although i already have Nakamichi banana plugs

I have never spent this kind of money on a system before (i know its still budget to most of you) and dont want cable that will not work with the components

Many thanks
Matt

I have the AVR 1911.

I'd honestly just get some 14 gauge oxygen free copper speaker wire, preferably with some shielding, and some decently made HDMI cables like the Cablesson Ivuna.

I'm getting good textured bass with the Atlas Equator II sub cable. Don't know loads about stereo interconnects but my Sonos is sounding good via some standard ones from Maplins. However, I have used the DNM Reson ones before with a CD player and they were good. I hope to stick those back into the system soon instead of the Maplin ones.

With the exception of my receiver I've got virtually that same surround system (presume you bought the speakers second-hand). Are the B&Ws series 3?

To be honest, I never spent crazy money on cables -- QED Silver Anniversary speaker cable; relatively cheap (unbranded) HDMIs from Amazon; relatively cheap Belkin sub cable (also from Amazon). I'd often wondered how much of an improvement I'd notice if I switched to more expensive cables, but I could never justify shelling out several hundred pounds to find out. Anyway, my two-pence worth is that you don't need to spend a fortune for that system to perform very well indeed.

Chord Carnival Silver Screen speaker cable would be a great option; plus a couple of That Cable HDMIs. If I remember rightly, many forumites recommend Chord CrimsonPlus as a sub cable (this is perhaps a low-to-mid budget option). I think you'd be well served by these.

A quick update.

I managed to pick up my speakers yesterday.

A set of B&W 602 S3 fronts, 601 S3 rears and LCR60 S3 centre all on Atacama stands for £300 - absolute mint condition as well.

Think i got a bargain there.

I have the Chord Crimson Interconnects for the CD, Chord Crimson Plus sub cable, QED micro for the rears but not got the HDMI's or Front speaker cable yet.

Cant wait to get the decorating finished to listen to it all
