I cancelled my Amazon pre-order of James Bond collection, & ordered it from Tesco. There was a problem after entering my card details due to which my order didn't go through. When I tried placing the order again, Tesco wouldn't accept the 15% discount code, saying I've already used it! |(

So I contacted Tesco customer services who advised me to place the order at full rate, & then contact them again to refund 15% back to my card. Sorted! 🙂

I also had a problem getting them to accept my credit card (which was a Tesco one!) but they accepted my other card without any problems.
