T-Mobile monthly useage helllp

On a new contract with T-Mobile I can not get my current useage. EE site and app. TM site and app. Text to 150 - AL. All to no effect. Google. Help pages. Nah. Can anyone help please - I just want to know how many mins, text.& data I have used. :cheers:
 
How odd. I had a little bit of an issue earlier checking my usage but don't know what else to suggest as you seem to have covered everything without success.

If you're searching for "useage" you might have some issues.

I'm going to blame this rubbish cold of mine for not spotting that!
 
Thanks LHC. My use of useage was a spelling error. However, your corrextion brings me no closer to a solution sadly. Thanks Pete. Will try again - I guess u use the EE app? I only today ported my number so maybe thats the problem? :cheers:
 
TM site and EE site now showing calls from yesterday. No data or text info since it tells me both are unlimited. But I have a 1GB data limit. I'll just ignore it I guess and get on with my life. :cheers:
