Surround sound System

Hi,

I currently have a Panasonic 50" V10 i have a sky HD box and i am looking for a surround system, i have found a bose system lifestyle T20, i was blown away by the quality but at £2400 i am a bit reluctant to spend that, has anyone else got any recommendations?

Next question is usually:

Style (V small) speakers OR Floorstanders/bookshelves? Sounding like your after style speakers, this will make you life alot easier as there are not that many on the market.

Also, do you just need amp & speakers, or do you want anything else out of that budget (Blu-Ray player for example)?

Depending on whether you want style, which you will pay a premium for size over quality, or a full size surround system i cant say enough good things about Monitor Audio Radius hd range. Beautiful looking and amazing sound from such a small package. Should be able to pick up a package with amp for the top end of your budget.

p.s obviously i'm a bit biased!
