Is anyone else experiencing problems logging in to WHAT HI-FI via an iPad app? I subscribed on 9th September and was initially logged in. Then around two to three weeks ago, my login changed to offline and I have not been able to reconnect. I have contacted customer support via telephone 3 times and have been told there is a problem with the app in the App store but find it strange not to have been sorted out by now.
All I get is an error message onscreen saying to check my email and password details, but they are definitely correct.
Anyone know what’s going on please?
