sub woofer settings

not sure im posting in the right place , id like to get my settings right on my sub , ive used audessey to set up my speakers , as for the sub what should the phase and crossover be set to , ive set the crossover for all speaker to 90 , does this mean i need to set the sub cross over to 90 aswell . any tips most welcome.

What is your kit? If your amp is set to 90hz, set yr sub to max (200+) since the amp deals with crossover and sends no signal above 90. Positioning? Google will recommend the 'crawl' although in practice most of us have limitations on position.

sorry the subs part of my Qacoustics 2000i 5.1 kit , ive had to position the sub to the side of the settee due to partner limitations , out the way basically but not in a corner . im using a Denon avr x2000 A/V amp aswell.
