I have had a look through the previous posts but can not find one that answers my question re style speakers. I have an Onkyo 875, used mainly for tv and movies. Linked to a EP-35 HD DVD and currently a PS3 but will also be buying a new Blu Ray player. I also have Sky HD. It is in the living room of an average size 1930's Semi - Sorry don't know the dimensions. I am looking for style speakers, the wife won't like full size speakers, upto around £1500. The cheaper the better but not at the expense of quality.

I have been considering The B&W MT30 5.1 package but are there any others to consider, any recommendations? Cheers, John

I can personally recommend the KEF 3005SE's to partner the 875.

Obviously, the purists out there will tell you that restricting the Onk to using style speakers probably isn't doing the receiver justice.................

...........but the sound is still pretty amazing and will more than adequately fill the average size living room.

Stick with the B&W, the PV1 sub is the best in its class. However theres no reason why you cant use different satellites with the PV1...

Thanks for your replies.
I'm leaning towards the MT30 at the moment, however have read some review's that didn't like the center speaker.

Besides the Kef and B&W packages, is there any others I should be looking into?
