ello ello... just a quicky question on something that was bothering me... what does 100W RMS into 8 Ohms and 150W RMS into 4 Ohms mean???? maybe iam a bit thick... LOL

It means you've got a decent amp that'll drive most speakers well and not to worry!

The ohm values refer to the impedence of the speakers attached to the amp. So, when you've got some 4 ohm speakers attached the amp will generate 150W RMS.

rms is short for root mean square which is the standard classification for speaker power

...and impedance.

Which in a speaker varies with frequency. Although speakers have a nominal impedance value, I have seen impedence graphs where the impedance swings from a low of about 2 Ohms to a high of 30+ Ohms, and that is for a speaker with a nominal 8 Ohm value. Its quite normal and nothing to worry about.
