Can i stream music from itunes onto my amp? If so how?? The amp is connected to belkin n router which is connected to a broadband by mains to the sky modem elsewhere in the house. Have managed to get the internet radio stations and had a look through the settings on screen- but no option on setting up to stream from a computer??

I imagine the amp has to be DNLA equipped. Do you know if it is?

I can just about stream from my MacBook to my Sony Blu Ray player using Twonky Media server on the MBP - but it's somewhat flaky.

Spend £99 on an Apple TV and you'll be sorted!

Don't know the Pioneer, but it does sound like you need a DLNA/UPnP server on your Mac. I run Elgato Eyeconnect on mine, which the NaimUniti picks up no problem - whether the Pioneer will or not is another matter. I second the Apple TV idea though - gorgeous interface...

Agreed it would be nice, but i get all the apple tvs features by plugging my mac into my amp via hdmi and optical leads. Sounds like a bit of a grey area. Is the streaming listenable or does it buffer in and out on the streaming blu ray player? The lx 82 is dnla certified. When you but the new apple remote for the macbook "front row" fires up it too is a beautiful interface i expect it will be exactly the same as apple tv??
