Hi,
I took the old laptop out from underneath the bed and plugged it into my amp just to stream some FLAC. Now at high (well not so high, 50% of the amp's limit, cause i live in an apartment), the music starts breaking a little; the way a cheap speaker would sound if you increase the volume. The CD player and the turntable don't show any such symptom. Could it be the quality of the FLACs or the quality of the external creative sound card I am using? Will a DAC solve the problem?
