i have a pair of xiaomi mi noise cancelling earphone (3.5mm jack)
i want use this on my headphone amp (audio gd nfb 11.28)
i also have 6.3mm to 3.5mm adapter from a akg 371, the problem is that with this adapter i hear half sound on the xiaomi earphone (i also have another xiaomi earphones and same thing), and if connect to microusb the anc adapter i hear full sound, but with a background rustle.
i don't understand if the problem is an incompatibility wity my amp, or the adapter is the problem
what do you think?

i think there is someting strange in the adapter, if i insert half to the amp, it sound better
and if i recharge the anc module, it sound good but with the background noise
Does the adaptor work perfectly (with all fully plugged in) when used with your AKG or any other standard headphones?

If the answer is yes, how can there be anything wrong with it?

yours is a TRRS type because your earphones have a microphone.
That explains your issue.
The adaptor is a 3-pole connector.
Your plug is a 4-pole connector.

Your adaptor is not faulty - it's just not suitable for the TRRS plug.

Checkout the user guide of your headphones - see what it says about connection to standard (3-pole TRS) audio amplifiers.

TRS stands for Tip, Ring, Sleeve.
Compare your plug to the AKG one, you'll see it has an extra ring.

the akg plug has 2 black lines, the xiaomi plug has 3 black lines

That's more like it 👍

The socket on that has the necessary 4 poles for your plug.

If you go for that one, you might well find that the plugs come with insulating sleeves - so that the unused plug remains covered.......there will be instructions with that one.
there is audio quality degradation?
