Speaker Recommendations

I am building a new home cinema set-up, I have the Sony BDP S350 Bluray player and the Sony STR DG820 A/V Receiver, now I want to add the speakers, I am looking at 5.1, possibly the Q Acoustics 1010i or Q AV, what do you think? Maybe speakers from a different company? Any suggestions would be welcome.

I have the same blu ray player, onkyo 606 and Q Acoustics 1010i 5.1 speaker system.

If you buy the Q Acoustic stands for the front speakers, sand fill them, and place them on granite plinths, then use a mains conditioner (tacima cs929), I find the system is fantastic!!!

But those extra bits all do make the difference and turn the speakers from good to amazing, if you decided to go for them........
