Speaker Pop

B&W 683s, HTM61 Centre, CCM626 Rear & SVS 20-39PC-PLUS Sub

Can anybody give me any information as to what could be causing a loud pop from my speakers? (sounds more like a door slamming). This has happened three times while watching Blu-Ray movies. If I rewind it happens at the exact same place each time. Can this be caused by the disc? I know the TX-SR 605 receiver had a problem like this that was fixed with a firmware update.
Any help will be much appreciated.

All Onkyo amps had a similar problem with DTS soundtracks if they were below a certain firmware. Worth getting on to Genserve (01793 886 333) and checking I reckon.
