Sony RDR-HXD890 Says Update.

Hi ive had the above dvd recorder for couple of months now and at 10am each day it says "update" on the screen and i hear a little noise what is this ...?

Update of Guide Plus data nothing to worry about , you can change the time it does it if you wish.
