Sony BDV-E370 vs BDV-E300

For my Sony KDL40EX503, would the newer BDV-E370 speaker package be better, seeing as my TV is not 3D, or does it not matter? Or would the older BDV-E300 be more suitable?

Thanks ..... btw, which is the blu-ray player that comes with the BDV-E370? Anyone know?

At a guess judging by its performance it is the same as the 370 blu ray player, it also has the same manuel as that

Not a bad little setup too

i was impressed but the center speaker needs adjusting abit.
