Sony BDP-S370 displaying True HD / Dts HD

Hi all

I am thinking of buying the Sony BDP-S370 and need to know if using it with my Onkyo TX-SR606

It will be able to display the Dolby True HD / Dts HD on my Onkyo (which really bugs me with my PS3)

If you mean will it bitstream the soundtracks to the Onk without decoding them first, then yes it will, if properly set up.

Where do you set that on the 370? I've just plugged mine into my Yam 1065 and all sounds great but I've no idea which is doing the decoding?

Hi, I believe you set it up in the Audio Settings (page 20). Set 'BD Audio Mix Setting' to OFF. Looks like you should turn off DD and DTS coax/opt if you want the the receiver to decode these i/ps.
