Hey everyone,

I have a question which has been really bugging me recently. Im looking for a new TV for my wall and It seems that the Sony 40in'ers are the ones for me. However I have 3 issues. 1. Im a sucker for quality, nothing else really matters for me as I have a sound system. 2. I have a budget of around 800 giv or take. 3. It must be an LCD as i leave my tvs on ALOT and intent to use a PC input

So in conclusion, im wondering which out of the sony 40in'ers is best, the main factor being quality. I want 1080p at least 2 HDMI slots and preferable 24p true cinema (although not essential)

Here is a list of some I am looking at:

40w2000 (but am struggling to find them as sony doesnt stock them anymore)

40v3000

40w3000

40s3000

One last thing, if you think that other brands offer better tvs cheaper then feel free to shoot some my way, but they must be 40in (that is not disputable) Thanks a bunch!

You will struggle with what you want for £800. I have the W2000 and it's brilliant but doesn't do 24fps. Sony has stopped making them so second hand is the only way. I am actually going for a bigger screen at the moment. The other models you listed will cost more than your budget.

Should I be taking that offer?
