Small Bedroom LCD

I seem to be able to find so much information about large TV's for the living room, but hardly any for smaller TV's.....

So my question is, what should I be looking for in a small TV for the bedroom, (viewing distance approx 3M). I have a budget of upto £250, and was thinking about one of the 19" Samsung models......Any advice would be greatly received.

They have just dropped the price at Argos ( yes i know there some others on here not recommending that store) on a Samsung 19" HD LCD to £189.99. I would be tempted to get one of these ones at that price plus they look good as well.
