If i want a small no nonsens amp with enough power for dali zensor 3,Q acoustics concept 20,boston acoustics a26 so they can play loud, with build in dac so i can connect my pc with a usb cable (type b) for max 400 euro, what is there?

By small i mean something like the nuforce icon 2 and i don't need more to connect more then my pc and of course the speakers.

I want it on my desk so i easily can adjust the wolume like i do now with my monitor controller from tc electronic (level pilot)

I used to own the NuForce DDA-100 and thought it was very good. For a £550 amp it sounded very good.

A bit to expensive the bigger amp from nuforce.

I have seen the Audiolab M-PWR with a discount of 40% so that might be what i am gonna buy after returning my Adan A5X and get my money back. Also can use my expesive xlr interconnect, my monitor controller from t c electronic (level pilot) and my Cleare audio Alpha one power mains (the good but standard power mains) i have to pick up tomorrow.

Speakers Boston a26 a bit bigger, more bass and higher sensivtive then the A25 and i got a discount, price close to 2/3 of what dali zensor 3 costs which i think is to big (but great sound).

I don't know if i am gonna ask for it in another thread, but i would like some advice fore speaker cable, cause i don't know what wil give the best sound, the Qed Original i have might be to soft in the top

Can't se any price.

I think it might not be powerfull enought for normal speakers with less then 90-91 db sensitivity and where do i get cheap (300-400€ for a pair depending on the price of the amp) compact speaker with high sensitivity?

NAD D3020 would be a good start

Have thought about this amp but the total price of that amp and dali zensor 3 is a bit to high also feel the zensor 3 are a bit to big (although not by much) zensor 1 i have and they are not sensitive enought with 30 watt (have about 70-75watt in 6 ohm)and the bass is much better on the zensor 3

you can get them on amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/TOPPING-Class-T-Subwoofer-Amplifier-Headphone/dp/B00FXKANCM :)

Ideally you need speakers that are about 90db sensitivity but they will run with less, so the dalis or the boston acoustics should be fine :)

@ Wilro15,

Do you mind me asking why you replaced your Leema Elements Amp, was it just the amp or the amp with the built in DAC that you had?

If you're happy to share, I'd be interested to know how much you got for it.

Okay price but wouldn't mind spending a bit more but like this feature Synchronize start-up and shutdown with your computer

Isn't Output power: 25W@4ohm, 10% THD+N / 14W@8ohm, 10% THD+N a bit to much especially with speakers like the zensor 1, Q acoustics 2010I with low sensistivity?

Educated guess: the Elements is not as good as the Pulse. Also, could be a c**p match with his LS50s.

What is the best small speakers Q acoustics 2010/2020i (under 100£ each for the 2020i with free delivery) extreme tempting, Boston A25/26, the boston a26 is just about the limited in size very bassy i have heard and the zensor 3 is just 1 inch taller and deeper then the boston A26, that's a bit to much when the boston a26 is about my size limited (zensor 3 also without any doubt is the most expensive one)

The boston A26 or Q acoustics 2020i?

Just got thes mains http://www.whathifi.com/review/clearer-audio-copper-line-alpha-one-mains (2 pair) so i want to use then on an amp an with my pc so the Audiolab M-PWR seems a bit more Interesting.
