SKY-HD Audio dropout

Any one else get a audio dropout when lights are turned on or when devices with transformers are tured on? all equipment is connected through a Tacima filtered 6 way block. The Sky HD is connected using the SPDIF not optical, no other audio is effected.

Just tried a flash next to the sky box no dropout....
