Agreed....however a little communication goes a long way. I recently had a situation where I had a blu ray on order awaiting stock. The website then got new stock in but were selling it at twice the price I paid. They initially refused to fulfil my order at the lower price and tried to cancel my order but I persevered with it and they finally honoured my order at the lower price.

Well i just got an email to confirm despatch, so i guess they are better than some companies, who just cancel all orders. Perhaps they caught on early enough to let a few out.Wonder what would happen if i order a fair few.
