Shadow Audio?

Does anyone know why Shadow Audio has changed its name to Jordan Acoustics? Is it the same companyor completely different owners?

Not sure if it's differet owners. Would seem so though, they have changed alot of their products. For example they no longer sell ATC or Lyngdorf

Id like to know for sure. Ill have a scout about andsee. I got my ATCs from them and would like to go to them for my amp aswell.

Jordan is Tim's sir name, (the owner of Shadow). All the lovely lads are still there, I have spend quite a bit with them in the last few years so i should know
