SFF network audio player

We've just refurbished the kitchen and I'll be installing DIY speakers above the wall cabinets. I'm looking for a small networ audio player, for streaming my own collection from my pc, but mainly for internet radio. Would I be wise to go for one of the network receivers, such as the marrantz or denon ones, or just a player, and secrete a budget (sub £200) integrated amp on top of the wall cabinets too.

In this instance I think I'd be looking at a Sonos Connect:Amp which is very hideable and does everything you need rather well.
