SETUP DILEMMA,WHICH SETUP IS BEST? NEED EXPERT ADVICE.

I have just bought a sony STR-DG820(which is still in the box) to go with some mission FS2s speakers that i have had for some time now, will this be a good match or not?.I have also been given by my brother who is emigrating to a new job.A sony STR-DA2400ES and a BOSE AM15 speaker package which he has not had for long only a mater of months.So i need some advice on which would be the best set up to go with?.The room that it will be set up in is 5m.long by 3.2m.wide i have a 63inch SAMSUNG on the wall at one end and a settee at the othere.So some expert advice or any advice would be very much appreciated.thanks.

If it were me, I'd return the 820, and try the 2400ES (which is a significantly better receiver) with the Mission speakers and the Bose package.

I think it might be a close-run thing between the two packages, but I suspect you might prefer the Missions.

Would the kef kht 1005.2 be a good match with the sony str-da2400es that you recommend if not which kefs would be. Also can the kefs subs the kube1or2 or the htb2se be placed anywhere? for example in or near a corner like my mission fs2 sub is.
