Setting RGB input on Pana 46G10

Hi - hope someone could help me please as I'm trying to set up my new 46G10.

I have read where I need to set the tv to RGB input but I'm blowed if I can find in the set up menu how to do it.

Could someone lead me through this please.

I have set my dvd to RGB output and had no problems.

Appreciate any help.

Are you talking about scart or hdmi?

Both should be auto selected by the tv anyways (Although you SHOULDNT be using RGB for hdmi if that is indeed the case)

Hi - thanks for your reply.

I will be using 2 SCART leads.

I hope to use HDMI in the near future, so will I need to change these settings then and to what to please.

If youve selected RGB SCART on the player than the tv will automatically display in RGB format

HDMI is a simple 'plug and play' device. You shouldnt need to set anything except HDMI output on the player and the relevant input on the tv. HDMI is 'component' in nature. If you converted to RGB then youd lose quality in the conversion process (And its completely useless)
